I took my T-Mobile Samsung phone to the UK but it couldn't get on the network there. I had called T-Mobile prior to the trip and they said they had activated international service on my plan and that it would work with out any problems.

I have a Motorola Razr from Cingular/AT&T which I have used in the UK.
